We Will Replace Any Faulty Hardware Components Promptly With Next Day Delivery (subject to stock availability)
We are committed to providing high-quality memory, storage and networking products that are delivered to you in excellent condition. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item.
Once you contact us with an issue, we’ll get back to you within the same business day of receiving the query. We’ll assign one of our dedicated Technical Engineers to help resolve the problem and, where necessary, will replace any faulty parts promptly with fast next-day delivery options available.
Should your Ortial product suffer any technical issues including DOA, within the first 30 days from purchase, that require repair or replacement please contact your Ortial supplier who will arrange for an RMA to swap out of your product (please refer to your suppliers terms and conditions for their RMA process). Faulty Goods Within the Warranty Period
All our products are supplied with a full global warranty (lifetime for memory & transceivers, 10 years for SSDs). If you find a fault with your goods, please let us know immediately and we’ll either fix the problem, or send out a replacement. How do I return goods?
You must return the entire contents of your order. The product must be packaged correctly otherwise it may get damaged on its way back to us and unfortunately we cannot be liable for this damage.
